No underlines

I am using nvim's lsp with diagnostics, and errors/warnings don't seem to have any underlines. In the dracula theme, for example, errors are underlined in red.

Is there a way this can be added/I can add this to this theme?

was my fault -- I was loading my colorscheme after my completion settings, but it should be the other way around
