Possible memory leak on visual studio 2022

I'm trying to isolate an issue I'm having with visual studio 2022. My memory will slowly creep up until around 4GB at which point it becomes unresponsive. I've found that disabling viasfora resolves the issue, however, i am unsure what is the best means of gathering diagnostic to confirm and isolate the potential cause.
Is there a means by which I can gather viasfora/visual studio diagnostic to confirm the memory consumption? I really like viasfora and would rather not have to stop using it.

Apologies issue has started again with viasfora disabled.
