NUI 0.6.0

Now, that framework support (#307 fixing #303) is close to being merged, I'd like to start planning the next release.
With official Swift and Framework support, I'd suggest going for a 0.6.0 version.

Please add any additional pull requests or issues, that you would want included in the next release to the Milestone that I have created.
Hey @timbodeit,
Do you have any ETA for the new release? In our current setup, NUI is defined as a Cocoapods subspec dependency, hence we're not able to point it to a specific commit hash, only to a version. There are awesome improvements present on your master since 0.5.5
though, that we'd love to use.
My own projects haven't been very NUI focused recently. Therefore, 0.6.0 has been dragging on a while now.
I'll talk to @Stunner about this and get back to you about the release this weekend.
Awesome, thanks!
@timbodeit It looks like there are 4 issues tagged with the 0.6.0 milestone (not including this of course). Of them, it appears that issue 316 is the one that is holding up the release. #318 is something you said you would look into considering you have access to a large NSS style file and can assess the slowness problem. #317 is something that I have on my plate but is still a ways off and won't be ready in the near future.
I think #316 and #358 are currently holding up release. If you could tackle #316, I'll be happy to get NUI on Carthage (#358). That should be sufficient for getting 0.6.0 out the door.
