have encountered problem during install!

Seems to be that the cryptography lib doesn't work on recent versions of ubuntu anymore. I should try to upgrade Malcom's dependencies to work on ubuntu 16.04, but in the meantime you can try installing it on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS or using the Docker image
