@benhylau suggests we do some internal facilitation early November so people interested can start taking on more responsibilities if they want.

My sense is this you might want to represent these details in more-than-just-an issue. I'm not sure as an issue this is "actionable" and as things will be changing keeping this up to date will be tricky. Even a project board just for collaborations with cards for people's avail (that they are responsible for updating) might be better?

This is just the minimal set up so I don't lose track for now. Let's set up a better process in November?
