Hyenas 2 QoL not working on Emulator

All 3 Hyenas are alive during Hyenas 2 fight on emulator. Those using PCSX-2 EX only have 1 hyena alive but it soft locks when you defeat that hyena. Could be a combination of issues from seed gen and the GoA Pnach so submitting report here.

This may be a setup issue actually, not everyone is experiencing this problem. will close the issue for now.
