Twilight Thorn HP Increase Not Removed

Because of Limit Form jank, it is possible that HP/MP boosts from Twilight Thorn's bonus lv is not applied. This is the reason rando moved the "vanilla" HP increase from Twilight Thorn into Prison Keeper.
However, it seems like both of them still have their actual vanilla bonus lv rewards. I can't find where the default values are located, so I can't make a PR myself.
