when using your boilerplate with the new wordpress, I always get multiwidgets, making it hard to use the get_options as I would always need to know the index of the current instance.

@Mte90 Unfortunately, no - this has been something that's been far on the back burner as we've been working on 3.0 of the Boilerplate.
I don't know if this is something will be fixed in the current version or not right now.
