This addon is not working on ownCloud 10.8

When I enable the app a get the following message.
App "Xmas" cannot be installed because the following dependencies are not fulfilled: ownCloud 10.0 or lower is required.

path/to/your/owncloud/app or apps-external/xmas/appinfo/info.xml
and change <owncloud min-version="10.0.0" max-version=10.9.9"/>
max-version=10.9.9
