iFrame height is set, leading to double scrolling

As if #1 wasn't bad enough scrolling back and forth, you also have to scroll up and down inside the iFrame separately to outside to iFrame.
What a mess
Steps to Reproduce
- Open http://xysti.co/consent.html
- Try to fill in bottom parts of form
- Argh! Scrolling hell
