Missing data == no cases?

First off, Tom, this has been an excellent resource for data throughout the pandemic.
Thank-you for organising it, I am sure it has taken up much of your time.
I was curious if anyone watching this repo had any idea why reporting for particular UTLAs if becoming less frequent.
Can we infer that this means there are no cases coming in or is something else going on?
E.g. Bristol only contains data for the 16th and 24th of June, and nothing inbetween.
This is in reference to data/covid-19-cases-uk.csv
