Summary

We need to create a project that can parse TL-B files into abtract syntax trees.

Context

This is needed for other tools:

Code generators
Linters
etc

Goals

Create a PEG grammar based on ohm library

Deliverables

npm package with the full language grammar

Definition of Done

npm package with the working parser is submitted

Reward

2000$ worth of TON on the moment of footstep completion
