Smartthings Wifi Smart Outlet Showing Up As Switch

I have a Smartthings smart outlet with an energy consumption meter on it. I can only get it to display as a switch in the Home app and not an outlet. Also, I can not see the energy use in the Home app either, but I can see the consumption value change in my homebridge. It is also the only device that doesn't show up in Other Devices in your SmartApp, but it shows up in Lights, Fans, Speakers, and Switch Devices
