Failed to read OEM Tonies even if Boxine/Toniecloud connectivity is enabled

I placed an OEM Tonies (Coco, bilingual) on my toniebox, and TeddyCloud did not recognize what it is (question mark) and audio says "something went wrong, ... to get help".
It appeared in the official Tonies app so it seems the downstream becomes problematic.
In the container log it says "cloud_request.cc:0344:web_request failed to read HTTP response header" :+1:

There is a connectivity issue with the boxine cloud due to misconfiguration of your host and/or network.
You may check what happens by enabling pcap capturing and checking the result with wireshark.
But all my other OEM Tonies (arrived the same day) worked fine. It's only this one getting issues and I retried multiple times.
Then it would be great to capture a pcap with that issue and provide it to me.
