Add checkout folder detection to bashrc

[tonydamage]

should detect location of nux-env and provide that as reausable variable.

Currently bashrc has hardcoded paths for location such as ~/nux-env or ~/Environment and these are
refered multiple times in the code.

Checkout folder is stored in NUX_ENV variable.
