That should not be too much of an issue since you have relatively recent gems. I have two questions though

  1. Do you need any Gems to be at a particular version due to dependencies etc?
  2. Do you have a solid test suite so I can make sure I don't break anything, I don't know Chinese so I don't think I'll be able to test the site that well.
