Ip address resets on eth0 and smb dont work b4 reboot

Hey!
Just installed and configured everything on raspberry 3b.
Every time i launch game via OPL and reset my console - eth0 of Pi is DOWN and gets ip 169.254.41.188/16.
But if i restart Pi aswell - ip becomes 192.168.2.2/24
How can i fix it?
