Does JustGuage support a chart with a scale category?

Is this chart supported on JustGuage?

As you can see, it has a score and a metric under certain ranges. I need this kind of chart with the ability to:

1. Customize how many scale categories are there in the gauge
2. Customize the range of the scales
3. The ability to rename each scale categories and change their color
4. Perhaps, I also need to get the name of the scale by code depending on where the pointer is pointed to.
