A toggle to require a user to buy with a username, or allow us to set discord username's later.

I've had quite a few cases (probably 10-15) where a user would buy without a username.
I sell subscriptions

When that happens, i cannot set a discord user after the payment was made.
So the only option for us right now is to refund their payment, and make them re-buy which is quite hecktic.

Could you guys add a toggle to force someone to choose their discord (as in cant pay without it).
Or allow us to change discord userID's after they payd. (This will be a nice feature in general, for example for people who want to transfer their sub to another account).

I would not mind managing some parts myself but the DonateBot api is too minimal to properly check subscriptions there.
