Feature Request: Pause

In some online communities that want to crowd fund themselves, It can be problematic if they raise too much money, creating an awkward profit-type situation.

The ability to 'pause' and 'start' donation periods would be a great addition to this bot! E.G. The community needs $150/month, and sets a max of $200 before an admin wants to turn it off. Once the community donates $200 the admin could 'pause' the ability to donate. This would allow people to still access other features such as checking their past donations, but not allow further donations until an admin started donations back up.
