jwplayer download URL doesn't work

jwplayer.com seems to have changed their downloading policy and URLs, and
url "https://account.jwplayer.com/static/download/jwplayer-#{node['jwplayer']['version']}.zip"does not work any more.

jwplayer version available on the site is now 6.12, not 6.11. Its fingerprint is 1591b12198e425fe864ce04708fb3a2c98ba2fd2b8479b643cae99cc89d11fbd
