include: Turkish Language support

Due to lack of Turkish language support, some placeholders appear with missing letters.

For example: I am having trouble with letters like "İ i", "I ı", "Ö ö", "Ü ü", "Ş ş", "Ğ ğ" ... etc.

There is no Turkish support. This causes corruption in the placeholders we added to hud.
