Handling Growouts & Original Datasets

At the moment, growout information is not stored by default in the GWAS database.
Currently, I think it would be best if all data sets were split up by the growout, so that they could be parsed individually. When I was first getting a handle of the data, I had understood that this was the case; however, this may not always be the case. For example, some datasets are compiled from multiple locations across years; and therefore despite being included in the same genome to analyze, they were technically a part of different growouts. If someone wished to filter based on the growout location, they cannot currently do so.

Since the only data that is dependent on the growout appears to be the phenotype and possibly traits. The traits measured during one growout may overlap but are not the same set of traits. Phenotypes (the measurements) are sometimes labeled according to their growout (see Setaria Diversity Panel).
