New CR expansions

I was trying out the new CR expansions from c70b0ed, and I expected #!.<CR> to expand into #!/usr/bin/env sh based on this mapping c70b0ed#diff-817ca031becdb4c73ea448e63f5c6c70750b4e2d30da80c92e4427bad6dc49dfR292

But it was instead expanded into #!/usr/bin/env .

You expected wrong. That dictionary is for file types. And that's the entry for the empty file type.
