RFE: ability to provide tqdm with a hint that iteration time is expected to grow linearly.

I am using tqdm in a process, where the complexity of each iteration grows linearly, rather than staying constant. As far as I can tell, there does not seem to be a way to provide tqdm with a hint so that it can take this into account when estimating time to completion - it would be nice to have one...
