Author does not get reminder emails

Hi,
our Trac version is 1.2.5 and we want that only the author of the reminder gets an notification email. Now only the persons in cc get an email. And noone else.

When I updated the ticket reminder plugin for new Trac APIs, I integrated it with the notification preferences inherent in the newer Trac versions. I gave it the flexibility so that there is granularity to who will receive the reminders. The author of the reminder is one of those options. Other options include the owner, cc list members, etc. See my pull request #15
