Buy USDC Uniswap v3 link should set chain

Goal

As an investor trying to deposit funds in a strategy, I want the correct chain to be automatically selected on my wallet when I click "Buy USDC", so that I can more easily buy USDC.

Acceptance critiria

  1. The value ?chain=polygon (with correct chain slug per strategy) should be appended to the "Buy USDC" URL.
  2. If the user has already connected to Uniswap v3 using a wallet that supports this feature (e.g., Rabby), the provided chain should automatically update the selected chain in the Uniswap interface.
