Move strategy long description to its own page

Goal

As an investor, I want additional descriptive information about a strategy to be available, without cluttering up the strategy overview page.

Acceptance criteria

1. new strategy "Description" nav option under "Overview"
2. strategy metadata long_description should be parsed as markdown
