How can i set Time or change dateformate like(yyyy-mm-dd H:mm:ss)?

I have an issue i dont know how to show Time fot x axis in seconds or minutes or hours this only allows me to have Year , month day. Is there any way to feed it and show data for seconds minutes, hours
