Exclude ip address

I share my plex with a friend. I have a plex pass but she doesn't, and to get past internet connectivity issues, she uses my user account to make use of the sync feature, so ideally we'd both use same user account. Is there a way to exclude her ip address in the filtering so that what she watches doesn't scrobble to trakt. I tried prefixing her ip address with a dash, except this seemed to stop my scrobbles as well somehow Additionally I use a vpn so my ip address changes, meaning i cannot list my own ip.

Apologies if this has been answered before ( I couldn't find what i was looking for). Any help would greatly appreciated

You can do this by adding your user name to this list, which ensures your data is only synced.
