Elysium & Plex/Trakt integration help

Please help, new to plex and 4 hours of no luck. The instructions on Github make no sense.

So Elysium now provides his appboxes bundled with the trakt tv plugin. Here is my problem:

(Using a windows computer)

I install the plex media server per the read me, add the webtools plugin, add the trakt to my plex but when I download the media server it creates a new server and that is the one where the trakt plugin links to and not my server I brought with the movies.

Can someone please help.
