Critical Error: Unable to import the playhouse.apsw_ext library

The error below started to appear around the last 3-4 PMS when I was on Big Sur after installing the latest update at that time (11.2). now I back in Catalina but I managed to get the plugin with the latest PMS working.

Critical Error: Unable to import the playhouse.apsw_ext library (dlopen(/Users/stonecoder/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data/com.plexapp.plugins.trakttv/Libraries/MacOSX/x86_64/ucs2/apsw.so, 2): no suitable image found. Did find: /Users/stonecoder/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data/com.plexapp.plugins.trakttv/Libraries/MacOSX/x86_64/ucs2/apsw.so: code signature in (/Users/stonecoder/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data/com.plexapp.plugins.trakttv/Libraries/MacOSX/x86_64/ucs2/apsw.so) not valid for use in process using Library Validation: mapped file has no cdhash, completely unsigned? Code has to be at least ad-hoc signed.)

Now I don't recall if it was on Big Sur or Catalina but this is how I got it working:

I backed up the important folder from ~/Library/Applications\ Support\Plex\ Media\ Server (remove anything related to trakt).
Then I started from the last know working version so far PlexMediaServer-1.16.4.1469-6d5612c2f-x86_64 and reinstall trakt plugin from the Unsupported App Store, of course, that version work

Then I incrementally install the other versions while checking that it works (by making changes to the library folder and checking trakt.tv & Kitana too was working) up to the latest update.

The problem was solved until I install the latest Catalina 10.15.7 supplemental update now everything is broken again,
I have from 1.21.3 to 1.22 installer and right now only 1.16.4 work including in Kitana.

I will reproduce the same steps and see if that still solve the problem an update
