Not possible to install Plugin on Windows Server

when i copy the bundle folder to the Plug-ins folder (in Windows namede Plug-ins-a97b03fad) and restart Plex Server on Windows, it shows the Trakt Plugin under Plugins, but without logo and when i click on the settings icons it loads few seconds and nothing happens. When i try to access it with Kitana it only shows some Timeout Errors

don't put it there, go to appdata\local\Plex Media Server\plugins
see if that works for you.
