Pluging installed but I don't see Trakt.TV in Plex

Hi! I am using PlexMediaServer 1.31.1.6733-7000 on Synology DSM220 NAS. I have manually installed WebTools.bundle and then installed TraktTv.bundle plugin from there. For the TraktTv.bundle the "owner" is PlexMediaServer (it was set automatically), but for WebTools.bundle it would not allow me to set the owner to PlexMediaServer because that is a system service: when I try, it says "Please specify a valid user or group".
I do not see WebTools (and respectively, TraktTV channel) in the Plex menu. I am attaching the log files for both WebTools and TraktTV. Please help.
