feed gtfs data does not match the dispatcher data or not available

Hi,
I was trying to use transit flow in Lisbon (PT) region.
But 2 out of 8 operators were now showing.

I was looking at the Data available in Transitland Datastore, bus the data is not fetching even with a feed link (available and correct) associated. It is the case of CP and Transtejo, where the Data available in Transitland Datastore says it has only the operator service area (and no stops, routes or schedule), but the feed has all that information.

But any of the feeds is active. Why? Is it a data provider problem?
