I'm trying to change the destination folder to "/store", but the Transmission GUI automatically capitalizes the first letter and I get the following error:

Jan 07 22:11:15 servername transmission-daemon[953596]: [2022-01-07 22:11:15.849] Couldn't create "/Store": Permission denied (file-posix.c:189)

The correct path is specified in the settings:

On the server side, the disk is mounted with a small letter "/ store", but is shared with a capital letter as "Store".

You want to use the local path name for the save dialog, the share name is irrelevant there.

First, try copy and pasting the path name from your default download settings directly into the add new torrent dialog box instead of typing it by hand

Alternatively in System Preferences, go to the Keyboard panel, under the "Text" tab make sure to uncheck "Capitalize words automatically" to prevent the S in store from being changed for you.

.

I tried pasting the path through the clipboard. Anyway, the first letter of the path is capitalized.

My keyboard settings are the same as in the screenshot you provided. Except for the type of quotes.

Nothing helps. 😞

And one more note. I don't remember after which update this behavior appeared, but I didn't have this problem before. I have been using the program since the beginning of 2020.
