Install/run instructions?

I'm sure it's just me and everyone else knows how to install/run Haskel packages. But still, could you please add such info?

I'll write something up for this package shortly. Until then, the documentation for https://github.com/travitch/foreign-inference actually applies (just replace foreign-inference with llvm-tools). You also shouldn't need language-python like that package.
