Manage UDF ddl for Hivemall in this repos

@takuti It would be better to manage DDL of hivemall in this repository because exact define-udfs.hive is not used in TD (e.g., to_json ).
BTW, we could enable to_json/from_json on TD because we already resolved issue for Jackson.
