Remove Dropwizard component

Dropwizard is increasingly a legacy product: its support for Java 11 is nonexistent and most new projects target other frameworks, whether that is Spring Boot, Micronaut or one of the MicroProfile-based ones: Quarkus, Payara, etc.
Given that Trellis is principally focused on MicroProfile and CDI, the fit with Dropwizard is becoming rather tenuous.
