Make the table cell alignment consistent in the cluster detail page

Warning: CSS-fu required.

All the cells should have the same horizontal size among different rows, regardless of their content which, in case exceeds the cell size, should be wrapped.
The end result of this will be that everything gets nicely aligned vertically to the left side of each cell.
