Lighthouse 8 support

We would like to use this plugin for our Lighthouse CI builds, but it seems that it only supports Lighthouse 6 based on the peerDependency.
Is there anything preventing this plugin from being used with lighthouse 8? Happy to help with the upgrade if needed.
