Feature request: a slow blink hint text that shows the underlying text intermittently

When opening multiple link with hinting, it is difficult when hint text blocks the underlying text.

I would suggest make the hints blink, ie. show 0.5 second and hide 0.5 second without exiting the hint mode.

I have a suggestion too: a setting like hinttransparency can be added to control the transparency percentage of hints.
