we need to add an arabic translation to the md, the translation just converting ltr to rtl and the sections title to arbic

if you plan to use an llm like chatgpt to help with drafting translations, i've been iterating on a prompt to help with french translations (with notes specific to this repo) that you might find helpful: #1124 (some stuff is specific to the french style guide we had in a notion, so you'll have to make some edits specific to your language)
