Source does not compile with dmd

On windows 11 Home 22H2, if I try to compile throw error:

Error: unrecognized switch '-static'
run dmd to print the compiler manual
run dmd -man to open browser on manual

Error C:\D\dmd2\windows\bin64\dmd.exe failed with exit code 1.
