How to run

Install Rust and Shuttle
Go to the root directory
Run:
```
cargo shuttle run
```
To validate, install cch23-validator:
```
cargo install cch23-validator
```
Then run it with the server up and the challenge number to validate:
```
cch23-validator -1
```
