Remove Kudu connector

The connector has seen no usage. Kudu itself only releases about once a year and seems to be a dormant project.

In addition Kudu has problems related to Java 24 and by March 2025 Trino will upgrade to that release. See #23498

We asked at Trino contributor call in November.

We will ask for community input again in the keynote at Trino Summit and the following maintainer and contributor calls.

We will also follow up with vendors and the Kudu project itself again.
