Redirectiong error and extra button on edit page during distribution event

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the distribution event.
2. Look up an id.
3. Click edit.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is extra edit button at the bottom. After hitting back button, it was
redirectd to the main page instead of the summary page. It should be redirected
to summary page.

All fixed. Redirecting properly now and removed the extra button.
