Feature request: start day of week

Hi Tristen,

First of all - awesome stuff! I really like the DIY approach for maximum flexibility.
However, to top it all off, it might be handy to have the possibility to choose on which day the week has to start in the calendar (with 0 for Sunday, 1 for Monday, etc..).
