Scenario RunTime in Seconds instead of MS

When viewing a scenario in the report the "Step Result" graph displays the step runtime in milliseconds.
It would be more helpful, in my opinion, if it was reported in seconds, and the y-axis label were updated to "Step Runtime (seconds)".
