Snowflake STAGE does not DROP

I am using this plugin in daily, and when I checked Snowflake, I found that the STAGE created by this plugin is not DROPed, as shown in the screenshot below.

I am unsure about the following code.

if (t.getDeleteStage()) {

I don't get how this if statement can be true.
